Entry to the Rotagen online staff rostering system is through a secure
server with strict log-in procedures.
There are several levels of security that you can assign to your staff individually,
to allow them appropriate access depending on their role within your organisation.
Staff can only see rostering information appropriate to their security level.
All log-ins and failed log-ins are fully tracked by Rotagen, together with
an audit log of which users made changes to your roster.
As an additional level of individual security, your staff can be 'reminded' to change
their password at a predetermined time interval e.g. every four weeks.
